I’m so thankful that Randy was on my side during the selling and buying of my homes.  He took such good care of me, and he never showed any frustration with the fact that I was often times clueless concerning the whole process.  He patiently walked me through each step and willingly answered any questions that I might have had.  He was also a consistent communicator even when there really wasn’t much to tell.  Knowing that Randy was keeping me up to date on every situation gave me a peace of mind.  He made me feel as if I were his only client, when I know for a fact that wasn’t the case.  I wish every home buyer were as fortunate as I to have such a caring and professional realtor on their side.

I have had the pleasure working with Randy Gridley on two different home buying/selling ventures. I cannot imagine what it would have been like to undertake either of those efforts without his wisdom and guidance.  As a result of those dealings, you would be hard pressed to convince me there is a more honest, helpful or hard working realtor in the state of Idaho. He started out as a realtor, and ended up a family friend.  Furthermore, I have recommended him to anyone and everyone I know, and all of them have had the same sort of experience.  Randy understands the market and the process better than anyone I have ever met, and I cannot say enough about how great he is to work with. Many realtors I have been exposed to seem interested in little more than their commission…Randy doesn’t worry about his commission.  In the case of myself and the friends of mine that Randy has represented, his sole interest is limited to doing what is best for those he represents.  It seems this is a novel approach to real estate these days, but for those fortunate enough to make contact with Randy, not an extinct approach.  Though Randy had other clients during the time he represented me, it didn’t seem that way, as he was ALWAYS available to answer any questions I had, or meet with me.  If you doubt any portion of this testimony, I would encourage you to have Randy give you my number, and I will expand of upon all of this at length.  Do yourself a favor, and go with the realtor that does what’s right for YOU.

His ability to research what the fair market value of a home, given its factor such as age, location, dimensions, upgrades is superior to other realtors I have had experience with.  Randy’s concerned with meeting a clients wishes…rather than simple buying or selling a home.  He’s extremely talented at listening to the client then applying his knowledge in the client’s best interest. He’s always motivated by his client so he moves very fast, but is extremely cautious when dealing with external parties such as builders or other agencies.  I will continue to personal use and recommend Randy Gridley to all parties…

Purchase two homes in Boise, Idaho

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first house after moving back to Boise.  It was something we had looked forward to for several years and so we were excited to get started looking at properties.  We contacted Randy at the advice of a family friend.  Our excitement at the prospect of house hunting showed as we requested to view 35 properties over the first weekend.  Randy took our eagerness in stride and made sure these hectic two days were as calm and planned out as possible.  As people without the luxury of knowing much about construction it was nice to have Randy there who was able to point out important features, both positive and negative of each property we looked at.  After going back for second visits on 4 houses that we chose and one that Randy suggested, we ended up making an offer on the house he suggested after we realized it was by far the best deal in the group.  Our offer was accepted and we are now living in a great home in a great neighborhood.  Since our purchase, I have been grateful that we had Randy working with us over the confusing and intimidating home buying process.

Randy helped my husband and I buy our first home. Since we were never bought a home before we were new to the process and had a lot of questions. Randy was wonderful and very patient with us.
