About Randy Gridley

I was born and raised in Idaho and have lived most of my adult life in this great state. Family has always been important to me. I am married and have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. My hobbies include boating, fishing, and hiking—almost anything that has to do with the outdoors! I am a recent empty nester and look forward to this new phase of my life.

I first went into business for the first time in Idaho over 40 years ago. I’m an entrepreneur at heart and understand real estate from both the buyer’s side and the agent’s side. I originally got my real estate license over 29 years ago. Other interests sidelined my real estate career. In 1980, I saw a need and built the Gear Jammer Truck Stop, literally from the ground up. Until I leased the truck stop out in 1994, I purchased land, farms and rentals on the side.

In 1996, I decided that it was time to activate my real estate license. Real estate had always been a passion of mine. Now it was time to follow that path. I’ve been enjoying helping people like you every since.

Because my goal is to provide the best service to my clients, I have finished my Graduate Realtor® Institute designation this year. In addition to holding a real estate license, I have many years of experience in the building industry itself as a construction remodeling estimator and as a project manager for remodeling jobs. The scope of my work included everything from design to finished homes.
I have also worked with many residential and commercial builders. Whether new construction, pre-existing, or pre-existing remodels, I know homes in the Boise Real Estate and Meridian Real Estate markets and the surrounding Treasure Valley areas.
You can trust my experience with income producing units such as single-family homes, duplexes, fourplexes and apartments. I know the values of both residential and residential income producing properties for owner occupants, large investors, or first time investors. I have worked with short sales, foreclosures, and REO (Bank Owned Property) in the area.
