I was born and raised in Idaho and have
lived most of my adult life in this great state.
To know me is to
know my family. I am married and have 5 children and 5 grandchildren
(soon to be six). I am a recent empty nester and look forward to
this new phase of my life.
I have been in business in Idaho and the Boise area for over 36
years. I am an entrepreneur, with accomplishments including the Gear
Jammer Truck Stop, which I was creator, CEO and an owner for 20 years.
Although I have only been a Real Estate Consultant since 1996, I
have had my license for nearly 20 years. Real estate is a passion
of mine. Besides my personal home, I also have investments in bare
land, a farm, and residential rentals. Coming Soon: A new 105 lot subdivision in Mountain Home, Idaho.
I have many years experience in the building industry itself as
a construction remodeler estimator to a project manager for remodeling
jobs from design to finished homes, large or small. In other words,
I know homes and can help you with preexisting homes, builder model
homes, and even homes to be built from construction plans.
