These lots are SOLD however keep checking back since I will have more in the future.  Bank owned fourplex building lots.  What a location for these bank ownedf fourplex lots.  Waverly place subdivision is a 24 unit that when built out will consist of six fourplex multifamily complex.  Located at 2510 east magic View Circle, Meridian, approximately one half mile west of Eagle Road and one half mile north of interstate 84.  This bank owned property was previously platted as a portion of Lot six of Amended Magic View subdivision.  Walking distance to Saint Luke’s Hospital on Eagle Road is within walking distance to proposed multi-family subdivision.
