Is the 40 acres off Cartwright Road still for sale?

we have an accepted offer on both 40 acre parcels on Cartwright Road. they are supposed
to close on 4/15/2010. Anything can happen however the offer is cash so i am assuming the
acreages will close. thanks for the inquire, Randy
